Oh my goodness so many websites to create and I am enjoying every second and always learning ! I have just launched this website for the amazing charity One Family At A Time.   It was such a pleasure working with the team on this site and I have just launched another website for the lovely Deb at Exordium Consulting.   Next week I have 4 websites on the job board and will be heavily working on my computer and playing my “Chillax” mix to keep me motivated 🙂

email marketing for EDVOS

EDVOS had loads of important information to share via their recent e-news campaign. A great solution they had was to create an initial MailChimp template that can be used for future campaigns and then also a live PDF document (which was linked to their MailChimp email) and allowed for the 4 x pages of important content to be read and visuals to look great. Both templates can be adjusted each time a campaign is required to be sent out and keeps the branding consistent.

I was very honored to be awarded the contract recently to update all EDVOS branding. Keeping the logo the same but giving their brand a little refresh for various in-house and external marketing materials.

I incorporated a subtle silhouette of a female form using the purple gradient from their logo and replicated this and the butterfly in various transparencies throughout.

An important element of the design brief was also for a few of the marketing elements to be editable & printable by the awesome staff in-house using Word or PowerPoint.

I have completed the following tasks so far with a few more in progress which I am excited to get my teeth into.

* Business card design
* With Compliments slip
* Editable Word Document as a double sided Tri-Fold brochure
* Also a version of the brochure as a print ready file
* Letterhead
* Bookmark
* Email newsletter template designed in Mail Chimp and ability to be edited by in house Staff
* PDF full version of the EDVOS Newsletter with external links
* Flow Chart for internal use explaining the EDVOS process
* A4 size editable Word document Poster template for internal updating for different campaigns as required
* PowerPoint Presentation with embedded video
* Website – C O M I N G S O O N !!

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all the fabulous girls at EDVOS and looking forward to a long standing working relationship for their future marketing requirements.

EDVOS is a proudly feminist not-for-profit community organisation located in the eastern suburbs.

They provide an integrated range of services to empower women and children who are responding to family violence: support, advice, information, case management, safety planning, community education, programs for pet safety and a strong network of referral pathways to other services that can assist.

Their focus is on supporting the safety of women and children and the accountability of perpetrators.
